Steps to Install Kali Linux on Non-Rooted Android

Following these steps, you can easily install Kali Linux for rootless Android devices. But you need an internet connection when using this Kali Linux on mobile. And this method is completely safe.

01. First step is to go to NetHunter Store and download NetHunter Store APK and install it.

02. Now download Termux on PlayStore or open the installed NetHunnter Store App and go to the “Category” tab. Under the “Development” section, download and install Termux.


03. Then go to the ‘NetHunter’ section and download and install “Hacker’s Keyboard” and “NetHunter KeX.”

04. Next, install the “NetHunter VNC” under NetHunter section.


05. Now you have done half of the process. Now open the Termux and paste this command. If it asks permission to access storage, click Allow.

06. Then paste this command on the Termux.

pkg install wget

When you paste this command for the first time, it processes with some errors. But do not worry about it. Again paste this code. Now you can see it installed correctly without any errors.


07. Now paste this command to download the NetHunter installer.

wget -O install-nethunter-termux https://offs.ec/2MceZWr



08. Then paste this command to convert that downloaded file convert to the executable file.

chmod +x install-nethunter-termux



09. Next, paste this code to download and install NetHunter.

./install-nethunter-termux

This process may take several times and need around 2GB of data.


10. You are almost finished with the installation. If you done above steps correctly you can see this screen.

Now paste type ‘nethunter’ to start NetHunter.

11. Then update Kali Linux using this code.

sudo apt update



12. The default password is kali. When you type the password, it is not visible. But keep typing your password. Then press enter to continue. Now you can see Kali is updating. After that, type exit to go back to the Termux terminal to change the NetHunter password.


13. To change the NetHunter password, use the ‘nethunter kex passwd’ command and type a six-character password.

14. Now, you need to make the connection between NetHunter and VNC. Use this command for that.

15. Open the KeX app and type the VNC Password you changed in the above step.


16. Finally click on the Connect button on Nethunter Kex top left.
